Nomihlali Ntsunguzi is the founder and director of NISSI: Human Capital Solutions. Having worked in the Human Resources field for more than 18 years, she is motivated to see people succeed by helping them make a positive impact in their work environments.

Drawing from a wealth of experience, garnered by partnering with some of the most exclusive clients in South Africa, she is committed to providing quality service with integrity and simplicity.

Before founding NISSI, Nomihlali held executive HR positions at Aveng Trident Steel, the De Beers Group, the Department of Trade and Industry, and Lonmin.

With a master’s in Business Management, an honours in Industrial Psychology and a bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences; her business expertise is backed by informed insights that allow her to engage with individuals and organisations across all industries. These include the mining, steel, construction and banking sectors—amongst others.
